I wrap green and dark cream Swarovski 14mm rivolis, individually in a stitched net of Japanese glass seed beads. The setting stitch’s open sides let some of the fun colors flash through. I use a super durable nylon thread that keeps the crystals securely in place. The antique dark gold seed beads feel very vintage and look like metal filigree. Some customers tell me they wear the necklace on the reverse side too. What do you think?
On antique brass chain, the necklace is 20.5 inches long. The open links of the chain let you clasp in at any point so you can wear it at any length. If you prefer it shorter let me know and I can adjust to suit you.
